I knew that the discipline learned in uniform had to be the foundation of this company. Logistical precision and unwavering integrity were also fundamental lessons. My background as an HVAC Professional gave us the technical skill. Yet, turning that know-how into a scalable and compliant contracting firm required a strategic weapon.
